Tasered man claims he was “used as guinea pig”

A man in Derry, Northern Ireland has spoke out against the use of a taser on him. He claims the police used him “as guinea pig” to test out their new taser guns. The police claimed there was a hostage situation, but the victim insisted that this was a lie and that the man was holding no one against their will and was totally compliant with police.
